Main ventures I started were Miras and Eveince. Before Miras I also started Nourtia, and in between years I was involved in some other ventures too.
- Miras Technologies Miras was more like an R&D firm rather than a startup. Although we formed a stealth entity in Delaware, but the strategy was to find a channel partner and build the business by optimizing in-situ business processes using AI and algorithm design. Miras has worked with large enterprises. This was both challenging and fun. In Miras we designed various data platforms, in which four have been patented, and we also published various research papers in different AI domains. I left Miras mostly due to the hardships of working with enterprises that incurred large financial damages which blocked us from building a competent strategy and business team.
- Eveince Having the experience of building data products and specially crossovers with quantitative finance in some of our projects, we started Eveince to work more specifically on the financial market risks where we designed a set of collaborative AI models that successfully outperformed well-known hedge funds leading to launch Eveince in Berlin in Jan 2023.
